While my recent visit to Shreve & Co. was initially enhanced by the exceptional service provided by Brandon, who graciously dedicated his time to showcase a selection of highly sought-after Rolex watches, the aftermath has been deeply frustrating. As the original review states, "none of which were available for immediate purchase due to their high demand." Brandon's knowledge was great, and my experience was enlightening, making me "eagerly anticipate hearing back… so that I may finalize my purchase." However, that follow-up never came, and trying to get answers online has been a nightmare. This online silence has forced me to leave this review and finally engage directly with customer service.
Customer: "Hi, I'm calling because I visited your store some time ago, spoke with Brandon about a Rolex, and was told I'd be contacted about its availability. It's been weeks, and I haven't heard anything." CS Rep: "I'm very sorry to hear that. That's certainly not the experience we want for our customers, especially after a positive in-store visit with Brandon. I understand your frustration with the lack of follow-up." Customer: "Frustration is an understatement. I was really looking forward to finalizing this purchase, and now I just feel ignored.
